Yes, you can book any car in advance - by phone or online.
An upfront payment will be taken upon booking to reserve the vehicle. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before, the payment will be taken and not refunded.
We will ask to see the following documents when you pick up the car:
ID card or passport (min. 25 years old)
Category B driver’s license (valid for a minimum of 2 years)
In-office pickup:
After the reservation, we will hand over the vehicle at our office at San Pedro de Alcantara on the date of your booking. We ask that you call or message ahead to ensure that someone will be there to meet you.
Delivery:
If you would like to pick up the car directly at the airport, hotel or place you are staying please let us know when booking. The car will be waiting at the indicated place at the time agreed with you.
Please let us know if there are any delays. Charges will apply for any delivery or any pick up other than at our office. These charges will be indicated at checkout when booking the vehicle (if applicable) and will be included in the total cost of the booking.
You can return the vehicle to the same location from which you picked it up. We ask that you fill up with fuel to the same level as on the day you picked up the car.
Please confirm with us if you would like to return the vehicle at a different location.
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or cash. We can issue a VAT invoice if you let us know at the time of booking.
Bookings made online can be paid for via the booking portal of which there are several payment providers to choose from.
A deposit is required with every rental, the amount can be found in the price list of the chosen vehicle. You can pay it with a credit or debit card.
The deposit is held against your card and is refunded in full if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Otherwise, it is reduced by the equivalent of any damages or charges.
Yes, the car can be driven by anyone with a valid driving license that also meets the minimum age limit. However, please remember to include the person in the reservation as an additional driver when booking the vehicle.
A Puerto Banús marina Access card is available at €150 per day.
The length of the rental can be extended during the rental. To do so, please contact us via phone or email to confirm availability.
Payment for the extended payment will be taken once the extended period is agreed.
If someone has been injured, first call the emergency services on 112.
Move the vehicle to a safe place (e.g. the side of the road). Contact us as soon as you can.
Please notify us. If you have been given a paper penalty notice we would ask that you organise to pay the penalty directly.
An option to do so online is usually available and can be done via any smartphone or laptop. Please notify us once the penalty has been paid. If you do not pay directly we will retain the penalty amount from the deposit.
We will charge a fee of €50 to organise the payment of the penalty and this will also be taken from the deposit.
The vehicle can only be used in Spain.
